Senior Recruitment Consultant- IT Contracts
Pay- £25,000- £28,000 (OTE: £32,000- £40,000) Location: Head Office- Dudley

The role in a nutshell
You will be taskedwith developing an established area of Concept within the IT contracts space, we have experienced a strong demand from our clients in this area and we are looking to expand our team further. The role will entail developing new relationships with clients and building a lucrative candidate base in the IT sector. You will be given great scope to build a successful division by growingthe overall team GP number and developing accounts.

Profile:
You will have a min. of 3 years recruitment experience, gained as a specialist within the IT market. You will be self-motivated with the ambitionand drive to develop a strong market presence. You should be able to demonstrate success through achievement against previous revenue targets and development of business relationships (both candidates and clients). You must have ability for both new business generation and account management / delivery.
* Experienced Recruiter, ideally within IT (recruiters with transferable sector knowledge are welcome to apply)
* Must be a confident sales professional, someone who can build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development, negotiate and objection handling
* Candidate management, including sourcing and networking* Ability to communicate at the most senior level
This position is within our successful IT contracts team where you willbe focusing on building a desk and placing candidates.
