Due to further expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professionalto become appointed as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
Located at our flagship offices in Hoddesdon, the role would expectyou to develop a client and candidate database in a targeted geographical area throughout the North London regions.
Whilst exceeding sales targets and KPI's, additional support will be required servicing the already established and successful temp plan.If you love challenges and thrive on varied workloads with ever changing priorities then this could be the job for you.
Key Duties:
- Full 360 Trainee Consultant role supplying temporary and permanent workers/drivers into the warehouse, manufacturing and distribution markets
- Business development, conducting sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
- Exceedsales targets and weekly branch budgets
- Arranging meetings with new and existing clients (online & face to face - COVIDdependent)
- Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
- Account management
- Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
- Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards and social platforms
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
- Matching workers to vacancies
-Working hours are 08.00-17.00 Monday - Friday (subject to work load)
- Rotating on call duties required

- Successful business development skills

- Proven record of success
- Confident and able tosell at all levels
- Target driven
- Excellent level of customer service
- Must be articulate and enthusiastic
- Good communication skills
- Good Administration skills
- A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
