Showroom Manager

Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for managing the showroom operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to drive sales growth and maintain high standards within the showroom.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
* Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
* Foster a customer-centricenvironment, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service.
* Oversee all sales activities within the showroom, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
* Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, tidy, and visually appealing.
* Oversee stock control and inventory management to ensure product availability.
* Develop and implement standard operating proceduresfor showroom operations.
* Manage budgets and expenditures related to the showroom.
* Coordinate with suppliers and manageproduct ordering processes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or showroom environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Demonstrable experience in a customer service-focused role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to prioritizetasks and manage time effectively.
* Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms is desirable but not essential.
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
* Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms distinctly advantageous
