Store Manager Designate - North Dublin
(Previous hardware/electrical experience a distinct advantage)
Seeking dynamic, passionate, enthusiastic and brand-focused candidates with previous experience in a fast-moving retail environment.
The successful candidate should have the ability to build a strong brand position and increase the customer base, leading to growth in the market share. Youwill create and implement a store business plan that combines local priorities with the central direction from the support office, thereby securing a coherent and consistent message to the customers and consumers in the local market.
The ideal candidate:
* Develops future leaders and works with succession plans
* To be passionate about Retail and delivering a high standardof customer service.
* 5+ years of retail management experience in a challenging environment.
* Maintain a working environment in line with Health & Safety Legislation.
* Experience in leading and managing a team of 20 - 80 colleagues.
* Experience managing profit and loss accounts and responsibility for targets, and KPI's relating to same.
* Strong leadership experience to support and coach your store colleagues and management team to deliver growth and business initiatives aligned with thestrategy.
* Strong communicator with the ability to articulate messages clearly, listen to others and engage people in the message being communicated.
* Ability to influence and engage with all levels of an organization.
* High support, high challenge style
* Proficiency in internet and social media
* A positive can do eager-to-successful attitude is essential.
Role specifications
* Full-time 39-hour contract
* Working week 5 out of 7 days; every second weekend and Bank holiday required* Salary DOE
