Our client, a renowned fashion and beauty retail chain knownfor their exceptional 5-star customer service, is opening a brand-new store in Athlone. They are looking for a manager with a passion for fashion, to join their team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a fashion manager with excellent people leadership skills and a strong background in commercial and operational experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Maximizethe profitability of your store by being strongly sales-focused, controlling costs and delivering on key performance indicators.* Ensure a fantastic customer experience every day, based on core store standards i.e. Hygiene, cleanliness, and friendliness.
* Lead and motivate the store's team.
* Manage performance.
* Development and training of the store team.
* Ensure theimplementation of all company policies and procedures in-store.
* Day-to-day management of store operations.
* Ensure the safety, health and welfare of the store.
Skills & Experience
* Retail Management experience (5+ years), ideally in beauty or fashion
* Well-developed people skills.
* Experience in managing performance.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent work structuring and coordination skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Numerate.
