This role offers an exciting opportunity for a fashion manager with excellent people leadership skills and a strong commercial and operational experience background.
Key Responsibilities* Maximise the profitability of your store by being strongly sales-focused, controlling costs and delivering on key performance indicators.
* Ensure a fantastic customer experience every day, based on core store standards i.e. Hygiene, cleanliness, and friendliness.
* Lead and motivate the store's team.
* Manage performance.
* Development and training of the store team.* Ensure the implementation of all company policies and procedures in-store.
* Day-to-day management of store operations.* Ensure the safety, health and welfare of the store.
Skills & Experience
* Retail Management experience (5+ years),ideally in beauty or fashion
* Well-developed people skills.
* Experience in managing performance.
* Strong communicationskills.
* Excellent work structuring and coordination skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Numerate.
