Account Manager
A BRAND-NEW opportunity for an Account Manager focused on selling to a variety of IT solutions to exiting accounts.
The Account Manager will lead a set of client accounts within the group and is responsible for developing client relationships that promote retention and loyalty so that the clients do not turn to competition. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuringthat the accounts are profitable and growing through cross selling activity.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager
* Responsible for leading a set of client accounts, with overall responsibility for retaining the business relationship
* Ensuring the profitability and growth of a set of client accounts
* Identifying, developing and converting new business opportunitieswith set of existing clients
* Negotiating contracts and fees with clients.
* Reporting key financial and other data to senior leadership
* Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting their accounts, and developments in thewider hospitality sector
* Create account development plans to develop the relationships with set of client accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
