My client is an award-winning technology company who is looking to add an experienced Account Manager to the most successful team in their industry.
The role of an Account Manager is focused on winning new clients while retaining them, selling products and services that the business deals with. The key to success in this roleis through building up strong relationships with clients while ensuring that high quality services are carried out throughout the entire process.
The role carries an annual sales target broken down quarterly and based on a growth plan. The role also requires high levels of opportunity and pipeline management skills.
Account Manager Responsibilities
* Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new clients in a 'win and retain' strategy
* Account Acquisition followed by Wallet Penetration
* Retain some spending customer accounts that are available for allocation
* Run your own business within the business
AccountManager Requirements
* A hungry individual capable of building a book of businesses and capturing maximum wallet share thereafter.
* Self-starter who understands the importance of being part of a world class team.
* Storyteller who understands their role in the sales process and can leverage internal/external resources to close business.
* Capable of selling; licences, professional services and managed services
* Somebody with ambition and entrepreneurial Flair
* Whether a 'relationship' salesperson or more of a 'technical' seller, someone who is driven to overachieve on targets
