A BRAND-NEW opportunity for an Account Manager focused on selling to a variety of IT solutions to existing customers.
Our client provides integrated managed services linking people, places and clouds and do this by leveraging our core capabilities and next generation network assets to deliver a fully integrated range of cloud, datacentre, connectivity and voice services. They are looking for an Account Manager who can continue to build mutually beneficial relationships with all clients within Not-For-Profit organisations. Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the client's business plan and their challenges, to enable you to be positioned most favourably to deliver products and services.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager
* Generating leads, identifying and closing new business opportunities withinexisting clients within the defined segment of focus.
* Qualifying and closing incremental business from the existing clientbase
* Maintaining clients through good customer care, strong negotiation and maintaining close relationships.
* Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts), maintaining accurate records in the contact management system, in the pipeline and in all peripheral systems to ensure good customer service and reporting.
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders* Prepare reports on account status
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
