Sales Development Representative Team Lead
My client is an award-winning global technology company who is looking to add an experienced Sales Development Representative to be the lead for their growing team.
This person will need to be the team lead forthe developing SDR team, taking on a player manager role. They will be responsible for implementing their own process and revolutionising the way that the current process is held along with training and developing the existing SDR's in the team.
The role also requires high levels of opportunity and pipeline management skills.
Sales Development Representative Team Lead Responsibilities
* Line management responsibility for the SDR team
* Recruit, train and manage SDRs that can successfully developat Cloud Direct
* Ensure your team meet their lead targets
* Ensure your team has, and uses, efficient and repeatable processes
* Ensuring your team understand and achieve output and outcome KPIs
Sales Development Representative Team Lead Requirements
* An experienced SDR

* Loves sales and sales calling
* Enjoys managing, monitoring, and implementing processes
* Enjoys training and developing new and experienced SDRs
* Strong reporting skills
