Description:
Our client based is looking for a Bid Manager to support in the medical imaging department for bids and quotes for new business and renewal contracts.
Responsibilities
* Provide bid level interface between Sales, Commercial, Technical, Legal and Operational staff stakeholders
* Lead effective coordination of pre-sales and bid processes, including communication and meetings
*Manage internal and external resources to ensure high-quality and commercially-sound bids, quotes and sales proposals are produced and submitted by required deadlines, in line with corporate objectives
* Deliver accurate and commercially sound financialmodels, supported by Finance
* Develop facility infrastructure replacement programs within managed service settings
* Workclosely with Sales Operations manager and other internal stakeholders to compile accurate maintenance, capex, build, consumableand other costs for bids, quotes and sales proposals and achieve sign-off of commercial position prior to submission
* Ensurecommercial strategy and profitability forecasted at bid and quote stages are realized through financial close and achievable when projects are implemented
* Coordinate and lead development and execution of customer-focused strategies in response to all quotes, tenders and other bids
* Support pre-tender sales development work, including presentations, surveys, supplier engagement and other proposals
* Ensure data exchange in sales to ops hand over of successfully closed opportunities is effective andcomplete
Experience Required
* Experience in Bid Management and Bid Writing.
* Strong commercial awareness & analytical skills.
* Healthcare bid environment is beneficial but not essential.
