Description:
My client requires a Bids and Projects Manager in order to support its expansion in their market segment. The candidatewill be in charge of proposing for each project the right solutions, estimate associated risks, provide an optimized costing for the proposal in collaboration with the other departments and stakeholders.
The role holder will also support the elaborationof the technical and commercial bid documentation necessary to elaborate the tender proposal.
Responsibilities
* Analyzerequest for proposal documentation.
* Raise relevant questions to clarify technical requirements
* Establish the relevant technical specification requirement documentation to each project
* List all other tender required documents and ensure completion of the overall bid response
* Define solution proposal in line with technical specification, organizational capacity/capability, and cost targets
* Defined scope of supply and costs
* Establish a risk analysis and mitigation of possible deviations
* Establish Gantt charts and resource requirement estimation together with project engineering and Operations teams
* Elaborate proposed system specifications
* Elaborate full costing model including investments and product costs
* Establish andmanage project Gantt charts.
Skill & Knowledge Requirements
* Extensive experience in managing international bids.* Capacity to drive and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Capacity to elaborate and structure comprehensive documentation
* Capacity to present in an analytical way complex solutions and convert them into simple USPs
* HighlyStructured and organized
* Cost and optimization conscious
* Capacity to establish accurate costing and risk assessment estimation
