Business Development Manager (Sales Focus)

Location: Croydon

Salary: £37,000 per annum, plus OTE £45,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are currently partnering with our client to fill the role of Business Development Manager with a strong sales focus. The ideal candidate will have experience in both the coffee industry and sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and customer base, with a strong emphasis on sales.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.* Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify areas for growth.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners to maximise profitability and ensure mutual success.
* Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives to senior management.Qualifications:

* Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, preferably within the coffee industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness totravel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new market opportunities.
* This role is primarily focused on sales, with less emphasis on account management.
