Responsibilities
* Lead the development of data driven and analytics-based additions or enhancements to the business' suite of maintenance and managed services working with internal stakeholders and external advisors as appropriate.
* Develop and maintain complex financial and operational models for and new service offerings.
* Drive efforts in developing and executing related sales and marketing strategies including market analysis, segmentation, go to market and pricing strategies, for the companies service offerings.
* Understand specific customer requirements and support in the delivery of solutions at thesales and tender stages.
* Ensure internal stakeholders are included in the development and implementation of new services including, operations, financial modelling, sales account management, bid management, marketing, legal and commercial functions.Key accountabilities
* Provide leadership and support for complex solutions including development of data driven models, competitor analysis, sales proposals, support materials, formal bids or quotations, and variations to existing customer contracts- both written and financial.
* Build and launch new services with associated sales strategies.
* Define and seek internal approval for the financial performance and profitability of formal bids and quotations. Help ensure contractual arrangements agreed with customers are profitable, sustainable and operationally viable
* Support customer business case development to ensure opportunities come to market
* Support the business development and operations teams in the commercial close, implementation, and go-live of new contracts through to the formal handover to business-as-usual operational teams.
Performance Indicators* Number of new services developed.
* Success versus planned in-year and future contracted revenues targeted for new services.
* New service profitability versus planned
* Meeting the regional sales budget set for each year for each service offering
* Sales pipeline development with forecasting of new business
* Timely win loss analysis including maintaining accurate records within CRM
* Feedback from Business Development Director, Business Development team and customers.
Capability profile
Experience
* Preparation and delivery of complex sales projects bids
* Demonstrable track record of success withinhealthcare solutions selling
* 5 years of experience within the healthcare sector
Skills
* Aptitude to coordinate andanalyse large volumes of information from a multitude of complex sources
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to deploy these skills during time-pressure situations
