Role Purpose
Seeking a high-performing Business Development Director to drive new customer acquisition, revenue, and market growth. The ideal candidate excels in technology sales, business development, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
* New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities, focusing ondigital transformation and legacy systems modernization.
* Sales Strategy: Develop strategic plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
* Networking: Leverage industry events and networks to generate leads.
* Client Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Proposals: Collaborate internally to create compelling client proposals.
* Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor positioning.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide market insights.
* Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and delivery teams for consistent messaging.
Skills and Experience
* 5+ years in tech sales (focus on digital transformation, cloud solutions like Microsoft Azure, AI, or legacy systems preferred).
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services industries preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.* Ability to work independently and within teams.
