As they continue to expand their footprint, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join the team and drive business growth in the Southeast/Southwest London region.

Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence by establishing and nurturing relationships with construction projects in the Southeast/Southwest London area. Drawing upon your expertise in rental and temporary security systems, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the business.Responsibilities:

1 Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and projects within the construction sector.
* Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the market.

* Client Relationship Management:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
* Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to understand theirsecurity requirements and propose tailored solutions.

* Sales and Revenue Generation:

* Develop and implement effectivesales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Present and promote the companies rental and temporary security systems to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and ensure successful closures.

* Cross-functional Collaboration:

* Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of security solutions to clients.
*Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and provide exceptional customer service.

* Reporting and Forecasting:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
* Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record in business development and sales within the rental/temporary security systems sector, preferably in the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of security solutions and a technical aptitude to effectively communicate with clients.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
* Knowledge of the Southeast/Southwest London construction market is an advantage.

Education and Experience:

* Excellent understanfding of temporary/rental security systems.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or asimilar role within the security industry.
* Full UK Driving Licence
