Description:
Asthe Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and grow within People Analytics. You will work closely with the EVP & Managing Director of Sales and StrategicAccounts to identify new business opportunities that support organisational growth across the UK and EMEA.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies
* Build and manage your new business pipeline
* Develop and execute sales plans and proposals to secure new business
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to drive business growth
* Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute lead generation campaigns
* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition* Manage forecast accuracy on a weekly/quarterly basis
* Participate in industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities
Requirements
* Consultative sales experience within multinational organisations
* Sold subscription for advisory, learning, networking and events
* Proven track record in generating and wining new business

Basic salary of £60-75k basic uncapped commission + company bonus + flexible holiday allowance
