Concept Resourcing are delighted to be working exclusively with a long standing client who are looking for top talent tojoin their organisation.
Responsible for leading the indirect category, you will work closely with the senior management team as well as overseeing a small team of commercial consultants to deliver end to end category management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Leading the set indirect category
* Provide advice, guidance and direction to a team
* Implement bets procurement practises to achieve company goals
* Create and enhance supplier relationships
* Reporting back and presenting business requirements to the company board and stakeholders
* Full end to end category management
* Ensuring bestvalue for money and deliveries to the company's clientele
* Management of contracts
The ideal candidate will attain the following skills:
* Experienced within procurement/supply chain environment - having managed full end to end procurement's
*Ability to provide advice, guidance and best business practices
* Commercially minded
* Able to motivate others
* Passionfor driving innovation
* CIPS/MCIPS is desirable
* Professional acumen - able to report and present back to high level internal and external stakeholders
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Management experience
This role offers a salaryof £34,000 - £47,000 + performance based bonuses.
The selected candidate will be required to work on a hybrid basis (two daysworking from home) therefore, must be open to commuting to the office during the week.
