Channel Account Manager
My client is an award-winning technology company who is looking to add a Channel Account Manager to their established team. We are looking a for a dynamic. self-motivated Channel Account Manager who will take responsibility for generating new business, selling a range of products and services to the IT reseller channel.
Account Director Responsibilities
* You will strategically manage/expand relationships within account base to increase enquiry opportunity.
* You will ensure your understanding of customer needs and identify and promote rental use cases/propositions to drive revenue into appropriate costumer segment.
* You will follow internal processes for forecasting, orders, pre-sales, updates and developing account plans, whilst updating CRM and the organization on what will be required to grow and retain the customer.
* You will champion your customer's perspective and position internally, whilst establishing clear contact plans to ensure there are appropriate relationships with technical, business management, influencers, and decision-makers.
* You will develop understanding and communicate commercial/operational detail in order to b eable to present lead and close out customer discussions.
* Manage and MaintainCRM systems such as Salesforce to enable reporting/prgoress.
Account Director Requirements
* Demonstrate an understanding of IT channel Route to markets desired.
* Understanding "service" type sales and positioning.
* Good General understandingof Compute and AV solutions.
* Dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Delivering profitable, long term business opportunities through effective account planning.
* Exceptional ability to identify sale opportunities, qualify sales leads and exceed targets.
* Expert levels of researching, networking and relationship building.
* Accurate and effective pipeline management, with highly developed planning and prioritisation skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication andpresentation skills.
