Working for one of the biggest Technology Companies in the world we have an exciting role for a Channel Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join their Philanthropy division to work with already established Key Partners to promote and sell the benefits of working with Non-profits.



There are over 4million non-profits that work today globally, the ambition is to help provide them with the best cloud services, professional/managed services and technology and also the services that our key partners can offer them.



Non-profits play an incredibly important role by addressing the need in society when government and markets fail to deliver. Thegap between the have's and the have not's is the widest it's been and non-profits need our help. Our partners possess skills tohelp non-profits deliver their missions thereby benefitting the wider society.

Your role as part of the Tech for Social Impact is to support our reseller partners to know what they can offer, and how they can help so that together we can help more ofthe 4m non-profits that are working in the world today.



This is a 12 month contract starting in July 2023 and running through to 30th June 2024. This role is working remotely with travel 1-2 times per week to Key Partners across the South/South West of England - all travel expenses paid.



Function Scope:

* Partner targeting, assessment and profiling
* Partner outreach through email and phone, excellent communication skills, ability to promote offers and campaigns, able to drive excitement for Indirect Provider partnership opportunity
* Targeted partner outreach to offer assistance building marketing and salescapabilities. Utilize business tools to drive renewal conversations and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
* Working knowledge in partner ecosystem; excellent and well managed relationships;organizational skills that lead to well-thought-out priority planning; prompt follow-through on assigned tasks; the ability to be efficient and productive with little supervision; and the ability to work quickly and exceed goals

* Act as "business advisor" and evangelize areas of next logical practice that are appropriate for the partner's needs and business model

* Assist in building digital marketing &optimize sales channels (Accelerate)

* Act as "marketing manager" and support proposed marketing goals including the proper use of company partner marketing materials and incentive funding on the right set of activities

* Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities (Accelerate)



The ideal candidate will have:

* You must come with a strong knowledge of Channel Sales
* Experience of working with resellers
* You must have a strong knowledge of Cloud Services
* It would be a bonus if you have worked with non-profits before but this is not essential as full training will be provided
* Be passionate, positive and a drive to succeed
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build excellent business relationships
