The Client Account Manager must Be inquisitive withgood listening skills, open minded, ability to evaluate and surface perceived problems and discuss possible solutions in a collaborative way. Our Client is forward thinking ensuring customers are evolving with the times and getting the best solutions andservices that are available while providing solutions to problems that haven't occurred yet.
Responsibilities of the Client Account Manager
* Work closely with operational teams to maintain high performing service support functions including IT Service Desk and Desktop Support.
* Owner of Request and Change processes and point of escalation, responsible for ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required.
* As key contact in the escalation process the Client Account Manager will ensure major incidents are coordinated by resolving parties and effective communication is provided to stakeholders and post incident review completed.
* Monitor and report on service delivery performance
* Ensure service delivered in line with agreed SLAs.
* Provide monthly service reporting and manage monthly service review meetings with the customers
* Responsible for the success and satisfaction of the individual customer relationships
* Develop customer accounts and cross sell other services where appropriate

* A passion for service improvement.
* Previous experience as a Team Lead or demonstrable experience in leading teams
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Self-motivation and able to take responsibility.
*Able to manage and prioritise and tasks and time efficiently
