Commercial Security Sales Manager | Northeast | £50,000 - £60,000 + Commission + Car / Car Allowance
My client is one of the most well-known Fire & Security names in the world who specialize in designing, maintaining, and installing fire and security systems across the globe. They are currently recruiting for a Commercial Security Sales Manager to cover branches between Sheffield and Newcastle. Your main duties will be to work with existing clients to develop further sales from service packages and new verticals, come up with team strategies to motivate and lead the team and ensuring that realistic targetsare set and hit continuously by all team members.
Qualifications / Experience:
* Must have previous experience of leadinga team of experienced sales personnel.
* Must have an in-depth technical knowledge of Security systems.
* Ideally would have been exposed to issuing disciplinaries and appraisals.
Hours of work:
* 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
* 40 hour working week
* Overtime paid at time ½ and double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays
Package:
* Salary from £50k - £60k
*Salary + Commission = OTE: £80,000 - £90,000
