Commercial Security Sales Consultant - North East - £35,000 - £40,000/ annum OTE: £70,000 - £80,000 + bonuses and benefits.Concept Resourcing have a great opportunity available to work for a leading organisation within the fire & security sector.We are recruiting for a Commercial Security Sales Consultant to join their team where you will be based in the North East. The main aim of this position is to sell new Security Solutions (Intruder Detection, CCTV, and Access Control) around your designatedlocation.
Who would you be working for?
You would be working for a market leading organisation in the supply of complex systems for the global market. They specialise in the design, development, supply, installation, commissioning and through life servicing of intricate systems.
What are they looking for from a Commercial Security Sales Consultant?
As a Commercial SecuritySales Consultant, you will be predominately office based with some home and onsite working, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You will be required to sell electronic security solutions (Intruder Detection, CCTV, and Access Control).
The duties to be carried out by a Commercial Security Sales Consultant include:
* Developing both new and existing business with commercial organisations (SME's, large corporations and on the very odd occasion some large domestic properties).
* Building collaborations with Planners, M and E Contractors and Main Contractors by visits and telephone calls.
* Boosting revenue potential whilst continually delivering excellent customer service.
* You will be targeted to overachieve install sales of £330,000 per annum and service sales of £30,000.
Personnel
* Ideally you would have a good understanding of security products such as: Intruder detection Access Control and CCTV systems.
* Proven new B2B sales experience.
* Proven ability to generate new leadson your own.
* Ideally be from a technical, security solutions background.
* Technical knowledge of security systems or products is preferred, however related technical industry knowledge may also be considered.
* A good knowledge of security legislation.
Package
* Basic salary: £35,000 - £40,000
* Realistic OTE: £70,000 - £80,000 (Highest earners around £95,000)
