Description:
What will you do:
* The Contract Administrator, EMEA & APAC role will be responsible for working with the Spares Program to support the Data Centre Infrastructure Operations groups, primarily focused on sites in Europe & Asia, service contractpayment, and management process.
* This role will partner with the purchasing operations, data center operations, and vendorsto provide timely support for the EMEA & APAC regions' operations in their end-to-end purchasing process.
* You will workclosely with the vendors across the region to support vendor enrolment and setup in SAP Ariba.
* You will support issue resolution for all users in the region for SAP Ariba administrative items including incorrect use/training, access, and improper information in PR/PO/invoice issues.
* You will work within SAP Ariba and other internal systems to upload and operationalize Contracts and make revisions per requests from Googlers.
Required skills and expertise:
* Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Comfortable working in a virtual environment with many team members & external vendors
* Experience in payment software systems administration
* Experience monitoring and tracking status of system issues, and coordinating across technical disciplines to drive issues resolution
* Able to speak multiple languages (preferred)
* Able to understand service contract details and payment agreement terms
* Experience working with external vendors for software/system enrolment or issue resolution
Minimum Qualifications:
* 2+ years strong procurement and/or systems administration experience
* Experience working across a variety of external vendors for system issue resolution
* Excellent communication skills to suit different situations
* Experience in supply chain and sourcing processes: contract management, purchase order placement, and tracking to delivery
* Client-focused, collaborative, and a team player
* Strong analytical/decision-making skills, and detailed oriented* Proven relationship-building skills, client-focused, collaborative, and a team player
Technical Requirements:
* Proficiency using G-Suite applications (Required)
* Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other P2P software/system (Required)
* Experience in reporting and data analysis (Preferred but not mandatory)
