ConceptResourcing are excited to be working alongside an existing client who are looking for a CRM Manager to add to their team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to become integrated in one of the UKs leading Technology firms.
The CRM Manager is responsible for development, execution, and continuous improvement of multi-channel Customer Relations and thedevelopment of programs, and Customer Relation strategies. The CRM Manager focuses on the reliability and retention of our customers, whilst providing insights to market verticals where our success could be accelerated.
Ideal Candidate will be responsible for:
* Expert in using D365 application to provide best practise and regularise across the European team.
* Support and deliver accurate information to the sales leaders to achieve maximum outputs that that feeds other critical business functions, such as our Supply Chain.
* Own, develop and implement the sales road map for CRM. Working closely to the system users to increase and develop the CRM to become fully integrated in the sales process.
* Maintain and train staff on the CRM, make sure data records of the organisation is kept up to date, overseeing date cleansing and develop and provide first-line support and troubleshooting on issues with the platform and third-party tools.
* Manage and plan efficiently and deliver new updates, modifications, and the adoption of best practice policies. Manage the opportunities to influence new functionality within the system that is released by Microsoft.
* Work with the team to plane and create a strategy to improve the of the software across the business and involve other data and requirements.
Skills, Experience, Knowledge
* Capable of processing mapping to aid theteams in mapping back to a RACI model
* Support the data by being able to provide a detailed analysis and identify synergies to improve the sales process to maximise productivity.
* Be the bridge between our Sales and Marketing team by coordinating andsupporting the building of management dashboards to visualise sales pipeline and deal tracking.
* Ensure high levels of accuracy in the organisation of client data which is the enabler to support marketing campaigns.
* Customer service orientation
*Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
* Creative, analytic, with a focus on results and solutions
* Able to develop streamlined processes, establishing a best-in-class approach that is easily conducted.
* Excellent communication, able to lead process improvement with communication to an international community
* In-depth knowledge of CRM system structure, system set up, reporting and analytic with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage this part of a European business.
* 3+ Year's experience in using CRM tools (such as Dynamics 365 or Sales) and managing B2B experiences, driving user agreement and compliance across a common CRM/ERP'
* Ability to travel internationally where required
* Experience of managing Customer Relations both indirectly and directly
