* Up to £150 per day - PAYE Inside IR35
* Initial contract until 30th June 2023 but has a full 18 months available subject to performance* 1-2 days a week based in Twycross, Atherstone and the rest working remotely

ROLE PURPOSE
As the CRM Monetisation Specialist, you'll contribute to the financial success ofan online game by supporting its monetisation strategies throughout our marketing channels, specifically CRM.
When it comes to purchasable content you know that value can't be overlooked. That's why you take a player-centric approach to promoting,displaying the right products to the right players at the right time.
You will stay tuned to how players are respondingand adjust your strategy accordingly, evaluating what's happening in and around gameplay and ensure that you translate that intoimpactful marketing campaigns, iterating on what's not working to deliver a fun and fair experience for the long term.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR CRM SPECIALIST
* Partner with the monetisation team to develop digital CRM strategies aligned withplayer expectations and our core principles.
* Own the marketing calendar, building a consistent drumbeat of promotions and product releases that engage players and drive financial performance.
* Plan, oversee and deliver all communications, establishing it as a key part of the broader experience and ensuring broad awareness of new products or promotions across the active player base.
* Set up a range of automated campaigns based on the insightful use of data, ensuring that you deliver the right content to the right audiences at the right times.
* Understand our players and their behaviours to inform segmentation and messaging strategies that deliver value to both players and the wider business.
* Contribute to defining KPIs and work with the current monetisation team to establish tracking and reporting needs. Monitor the performance of digital campaigns and share resultsto help identify ongoing opportunities.
* Stay up to date on trends and techniques to develop monetisation best practices andpromote them across the studio.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* At least 2 years of experience of delivering marketing and/or CRM campaigns within a monetised, service-based business.
* Proven experience in owning projects from incubation to execution.
* Strong understanding of games, their business models and audiences.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
* Data literate, with in-depth knowledge of Excel.
* Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
DESIRABLE CHARACTERISTICS
* Comfortable in creative spaces, willing to go outside the box to find solutions.
* Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude.
* Strong passion for video games and gaming culture.
* Able to react quickly and positively to change.
* Microsoft Dynamics experience, be able to create a campaign from inception to delivery.
* CMS experience.
