Digital Marketing Apprentice
We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team and help take our brandto even higher heights. You will be working closely with an established marketing team, working alongside the Digital MarketingAssistant, and reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Duties will include:
* Apprenticeship training course
* E-mail marketing - Manage and schedule regular email communications to candidates and clients:
* "Hot Jobs" for consultants to help fill vacancies
* Event Invitations - Webinars
*External Newsletters
* Internal monthly newsletter
* Social media - Create and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
* Maintain website content (bespoke website) - Update new starters' information and landingpage development.
* CRM System - Utilise the CRM system to target marketing materials to the right candidates and clients
*Artwork creation - Using Canva / Adobe Creative Suite to create visuals for social media and campaigns
* Content Writing - Content for blog posts on relevant industry news, email content for newsletters, website content - Whilst utilising SEO.
* Presentation creation - Create presentations for monthly/quarterly meetings on google slides and ad-hoc presentations for consultants/managers
* Organise monthly lunch club at restaurants in Birmingham for our top-performing salespeople.
* Look after the data protection, marketing, and candidates' inbox
* Video editing - editing webinars and consultants vacancy videos - Adobe Premier Pro
* Adhoc projects
What we seek
We seek individuals with the ability to thrive in our fast-moving sales environment. You should have a positive and 'can do' attitude. You'll also need to have the following skills:
Competencies Sought:* Excellent writing skills - blogs and newsletters
* Ability to build business relationships and work with stakeholders at alllevels
* Organisation/time management
* MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint / Google Sheets and Google Slides
* Experience with social media
* Close attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Knowledge of an email marketingplatform is advantageous
* Experience in video editing is advantageous
