Salary: Up to £55,000 Basic, OTE £75,000+ per annum

Job Overview: As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing andnurturing existing client relationships within the Manchester / Cheshire area on behalf of our esteemed client. Your primary focus will be on understanding the technical aspects of Fire Systems and related legislation, ensuring clients receive the highestlevel of service and compliance. This role requires no new business development; instead, you will deepen connections and identify opportunities for upselling our client's comprehensive range of services.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a thorough understanding of clients' fire safety needs and existing systems.
* Stay updated on the latest legislation and standards related toFire Systems.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
* Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
* Provide technical guidance and support to clients as needed.
* Act as a point of contact for any client concerns or inquiries.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably within the Fire Systems industry.
* In-depth technical knowledge of Fire Systems and related legislation.
* Strong understanding of the maintenance and compliance requirements for fire safety systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Experience in identifying upsellingopportunities and delivering results.
