A BRAND-NEWopportunity for a Head of Marketing to join a growing people analytics business.
As the Head of Marketing you will be directly supporting our Managing Director, Sales Director and Sales Leaders and the wider Leadership Team to drive growth through customer acquisition and retention through an aggressive, creative and bold marketing campaign and brand strategy. Strong communication and personal skills combined with an analytical and creative approach and out of the box thinking are required along with a passion for working in a fast-paced and ambitious business.
Responsibilities of the Head of Marketing
* Strategy Lead: Own, innovate, and report on annual and quarterly strategic marketing plans with Leadership, Technical Leaders and Sales Managers.* Brand Refresh Project: Lead a full brand, website, and content refresh, transforming the profile and relaunching the bold and innovative new brand to our client and vendor community. Report and liaise with Leadership on a weekly basis on progress of project.
* Brand Ambassador: Raise the profile within our key vendors and clients through core relationship building and networking.
* Marketing Operations: Lead, optimise and drive marketing operations, focusing on leveraging all marketing tools, Data,GDPR compliance, and system integration to support end-to-end lead tracking and ROI reporting.
* Lead Generation: Create and drive a creative and ambitious multi-touch digital campaign inbound and outbound strategy across email, social, digital, events,brand, PR, content, website, SEO, PPC, and advertising that delivers an exceptional user experience to drive lead generation andconversion.
* External Agencies: Oversee management of external telemarketing and brand agencies to fuel campaign projects.* Team Performance: Recruit, lead, and develop a team of ambitious marketers to reach their full potential and hit ambitious personal and team growth targets.
* Department KPIs: Hold responsibility for creating and reaching ambitious marketing team KPIsand objectives. Report on a monthly and quarterly basis on achievements and areas of improvement / focus.
* Overall Budget Management: Across team head count and marketing platform costs driving full value and ROI on all marketing investments. Responsible for execution and claims for vendor funding.
