BRAND NEW opportunity for a talented Head of Sales - Storage, Backup, Cloud, Managed Services, Cyber Security, UC

Have you got experience growing sales teams? Have you got a strong understanding of the MSP/ IT -reseller space? Have you got the drive and passion to develop and coach employeesas well as still want to close deals?

My Client is a Global IT managed service provider who is looking for an experienced andpassionate Head of Sales to look after and more importantly grow/develop a sales team of around 30 people.

Reporting directly to the group Sales & Marketing Director, the role provides the leadership to meet and exceed the performance and strategiccorporate objectives directly linked with achieving, exceed and driving targets in line with Corporate Strategy, product, services, pricing and business ethics.



Head of Sales Key responsibilities and tasks:



* To ensure all sales opportunities are maximised via the respective ICT, Content Services and UC Channels
* To develop and communicate the ICT, Content Services, and UC sales strategy and ensure performance within these business areas against agreed budgets and in harmony with the Document Solutions channel.
* To ensure the effective management of the Sales Process. Communicate to Senior Management Team matters, which have both positive and negative effects on the business in a timely and proficient manner.
* Work with the groupssales and marketing direct and Marketing team to ensure that all aspects of ICT are represented sufficiently in all areas of marketing to ensure maximum lead generation.
* Provide leadership to direct staff and make decisions as appropriate in order to achieve all individual and team objectives along with overall sales and Company strategy.
* To ensure that weekly/monthly meetings take place with all Sales Managers for their team members.
* Coach, train and develop Sales Managers to maximise their sales team performance.
* Working closely with the group sales & marketing director make sure that strategies are aligned andensure all cross sales opportunities are effectively maximised
