Working to support the Global Integrated Marketing Team - working closely with Global HQ and local Field Teamsaround the world, our Team provides leadership & guidance across Global Integrated Marketing Communication campaigns. We arethe 'go to' team when it comes to deploying a global campaign across local markets, both supporting local proposals and bringing them to life and leading our own creative global campaigns across multiple product lines.

To reachevery gamer on the Planet, delivering outstanding games and entertainment experiences while contributing to the revenue, profitand marketing goals of the gaming business.
Role Purpose:
The Role has the objective of supporting Priority markets around the world, to achieve key business priorities within our entire gaming ecosystem, across hardware, accessories products, all 1st Party Games and our Game Pass subscription service, across PC, Console, and more robustly over time, Cloud.
OurRole, within the Global Integrated Marketing team is three-fold:
* Drive best-in-class campaign deployment across all International Markets
* Own and produce cut-through & globally recognised 'creative top-spin' for global campaigns
* Guide allRegional and local Integrated Marketing leads in the curation and development of region/market-specific executions

Key Role Responsibilities
* Support the go-to-market process for Global Advertising production and media co-ordination for all ATL global advertising campaigns, across key International markets. Partnering with local teams, Media leads and retained Creative agency teams.* Collaborate with International Marcom Team and the Global Marcom team to roll-out campaigns to global markets.
* Own theDay-to-day support and guidance across dedicated regional and local executions for product-focused campaigns per quarter.
* Support ad-hoc 'creative top-spin' projects, driven solely by the International Integrated Marcom team and/or in partnership withother business functions.
* Able to work on a wide range of campaigns to support the gaming brand in launching various products and both localised, national and global campaign runs.
Personal Attributes / Key Interpersonal Skills:
* Stakeholder management skills - Ability to partner closely with Key Stakeholders in-market, and manage upwards with global stakeholders within Corp.
* Flexibility & Project Management skills to work across multiple complex Global campaigns at once
* Awareness and understanding of what creates a strong creative campaign, and how to produce creative guardrails for teams to work from* Strong ability across the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Confident when presenting, whether that is running through a Marcom plan with local markets or presenting a campaign concept to senior global stakeholders.
* Proactivity, A self-starter. Ability to impact and influence; to sell your ideas internally and effectively provide pro-active campaign guidance to multiple senior and junior stakeholders
* Ability to resolve conflict's easily and quickly via win-win scenarios.
