Working for one of the biggest brands in Technology we are looking for an experienced high-level Integrated Marketing Manager to come in on a contract covering maternity until 30th June 2024. This role is mainly supporting Marketing Plans for Government and Healthcare partners in your region.
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week and will be up to 75% remote based with travel to their offices in Reading, Berkshire.

The Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) leads integrated marketing strategies and plans for Government, leveraging and scaling global go-to-market approaches and augmenting with local activities to deliver delightful customer experiences that drive business outcomes (including customer acquisition, nurture and consumption).
You will be known as the expert on Government, using data and insights to ensure positioning and messaging is clear, distinctive and differentiated by audience and educates our customers on how they can achieve more with our products. You are an evangelist of marketing transformation, responsible for landing the cutting-edge marketing innovations being developed for your region. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills advising Sales and Marketing leaders on marketing strategy. You will also work with Integrated Marketers globally, contributing to global learnings andoptimizations by leveraging and sharing global best practices and providing feedback on learnings from your region to CorporateHQ. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 75% from home.
Typical Day in the role:
* Integrated Marketing Planning - You define the local marketing plan for Government and Healthcare that leverages Global strategy, execution frameworks and marketing technology to drive business priorities (e.g., customer adds, lead generation) via local marketing engines(e.g., digital, social, email, events). You align marketing tactics to marketing objective (e.g., acquisition, nurture, re-engagement) and relevant metrics. You will collaborate with Corporate teams and regional stakeholders to align Marketing plans to global strategy, capabilities, and engines. You will gather and share back internal and external feedback about quality of plan.* Integrated Marketing Execution - You develop, land and optimize the marketing plan based on insights from corporate customer targeting, segmentation tools and various metrics and local-market knowledge, continually updating and improving on customer experiences (e.g., optimize segments, spend, performance, improve digital channels). You ensure all plans adhere to critical companypolicies such as privacy, accessibility, compliance and brand.
* Data-Driven Decision Making and Performance Management - Youuse data-driven insights leveraging available global tools and dashboards to optimize marketing strategy and delivery.
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
* Ideally a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Economics/Public Relations orbe qualified by experience of 5+ years' in Integrated Marketing
5+ years integrated marketing - (e.g., campaign planning andexecution, digital marketing)
* Event Management
* Program Management
* Marketing Operations (inc campaign reporting & analysis)
Additional/Preferred Qualifications:
* Related work experience within the Public Sector, ideally government/healthcare will be a huge advantage but this is not essential
