If you'veanswered yes to both questions above, then consider this Internal Account Manager role for a hugely successful Insurance Software Corporate, who are offering this initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with remote working from anywhere within the UK and willprovide the successful Candidate with quality training on their particular Insurance Software solutions too.

As the InternalAccount Manager, you will focus on ensuring your allocated portfolio of Insurer & Broker Clients are maximising the benefits of using your Insurance Software and with your support & assistance, are feeling well looked after and will therefore be comfortable in renewing their Insurance Software Licences when the contracts come up for renewal.

Using your Insurance experience and the Software training that the company will provide, you will be able to understand and assist Clients in overcoming issues that they may experience from time to time and to share with your internal Software Design & Development teams exactly how your Clients would like to see the Software Products evolve in the future and the additional functionality that they believewill be required.

The Role Includes:

* Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships to secure Insurance Software renewals and sales opportunities within an allocated portfolio of current clients.
* Qualifying new sales leads and nurturing new business leads through the sales cycle.
* Maintaining customer contact during and after the selling process to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Identifying and understanding customers business requirements, delivering analysis and problem resolution, recommending options on how the products and services would provide a solution. Escalating to senior Accounts Managersto solve issues or problems as required.
* Providing customer service with advice and guidance to assist with the successful use of the products and services. Assisting with the development of and applying client services standards to resolve or escalateclients' service problems.
* Encouraging customer engagement and feedback on the products and services and how these could beimproved. Ensuring all feedback is shared with relevant stakeholders.
* Assisting in the development, maintenance and monitoring of a business plan for the allocated area that ensures wide coverage for all products and services, ensuring activity and actions to achieve profitable growth.
* Qualifying and reporting on all identified opportunities.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Good experience of working within the Insurance industry, ideally for Insurers, Insurance Brokers, Comparison Sites or Insurance Software providers
* Good experience as a User of Insurance Software
* Successful record of business growth & retention within a portfolio of allocated clients
* Solid client facing experience including relationship building
* Good commercial and financial acumen with solid understanding of the sales process
* Experience of territory planning and business sales activity
* Proven track record of profitable business development & account management
* Client facing new business sales experience
* Ability to identify, articulate, negotiate and close business opportunities
* Consistent achievementof business goals
* Understanding of commercial product pricing or the ability to learn
