My client's customer base includes the following sectors: industrial companies, electrical contractors and engineers, construction and many more. TheRole
You will be based in the sales team and will be given extensive training to grow and progress within the company. As anInternal Sales Representative you will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. You will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism and follow up with customers. You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers. The role is a split between existing clients and new business.
Responsibilities for Internal Sales Representative
* Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
* Greet customers face to face, and build rapport over the phone
* Responsible for closing deals and processing payments
* Responsible for customer follow-up* Developing leads and referrals
* Create personal marketing plan
* Achieve monthly sales quotas
* Use excellent phoneskills and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Requirements for internal sales:
Previous experience in electrical wholesaling would be advantageous, but not required as a full training package will be given. The successful applicant will have the following skills, experience, and attributes:
* Previous sales experience or customer service experience in a fast-paced role
* Target driven
* Ambitious
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build rapport easily and able to work well independently using own initiative
