The customer base includes industrial companies, electrical contractors and engineers, construction and many more. This ensures their expert teams understand the products and challenges faced by customers and allows them to remain consistent in providing outstanding service.The Role
You will be based in the sales team and will be given extensive training to grow and progress within the company. As an Internal Sales Representative you will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process while building up solidcustomer relationships . You will demonstrate excellent customer service, professionalism and follow up with customers. You will receive orders from existing clients, follow-up on leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers.
Hours of work, Monday to Friday 7am - 4:30pm, 1 Saturday every 6 weeks, 8:30am-12:00pm. The role is fast paced and involves the following:
* Receiving orders from customers, up selling and contacting existing customers for repeat orders, advising on specials etc.
* Ensuring up to date product knowledge to answer customer questions
* Greet customers face to face,and build rapport over the phone to build solid customer relationships
* Responsible for closing deals and processing payments
* Responsible for customer follow-up
* Developing leads and referrals into sales
* Create personal internal sales marketing plan
* Achieve monthly internal sales quotas
* Use excellent phone skills and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Requirements for internal sales:
The company are keen to consider applicants with previous experience in electrical wholesaling BUT are also happy to consider solid Internal Sales applicants from other industries as a full training package will be provided.
The successful applicant will have the following skills, experience, and attributes:* Previous sales experience or customer service experience in a fast-paced role

* Ability to build rapport easily and able to work well independently using own initiative
