Junior Sales Account Executive
Abergavenny
£18,000 - £21,000 Dependent on experience
The Company:This is a brilliant opportunity to join a long-established family business with a global reach. Due to my client's impressivebusiness growth, they are looking to hire a Sales Account Executive to join their expanding Business Development Team. The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am to 12:30 lunchtime. The successful applicant will be working within a FMCG production environment, you will be joining an established team to facilitate existing customers and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities for a Sales Account Executive:
* Managing customer accounts
* Acting as a direct point of contact for customers
* Manage customer expectations on lead time and quality
* Provide excellent after sales service to retain customers
* Communicate product and pricing details clearly
* Promote new products and servicesto existing customers
* Build strong customer relationships through clear and constant communication
* Ensure prompt and accurate answers to customer queries
* Working alongside the wider teams to ensure customer problems are dealt with in a timely and concise manner
* Compile and distribute quotations
* Reporting customer account performance into the Head of Business Development / Sales Director
* Support Sales activities with attendance at trade shows and events
Requirements for the Sales Account Executive:
* Hands on experience with customer service
* Experience with CRM / ERP software packages is desirable
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Analytical and time management skills
* Ability to work within a fast-paced sales environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Able to work as part of ateam or using own initiative
