Key Account Director - IT Managed Services Provider - Cloud | Security | Azure | Managed Services
My client is an award-winning technology company who is looking to add an experienced Account Director to an established financial services account base.
The role is focused on developing and maximizing the opportunities within a select few of the enterprise sized accounts that are already spending. The key to success in this role is through building up strong relationships with clients while ensuring that highquality services are carried out throughout the entire process.
The role carries an annual sales target broken down quarterlyand based on a growth plan. The role also requires high levels of opportunity and pipeline management skills.
Key Account Director Responsibilities
* You will strategically manage a volume of accounts to exceed sales and retention targets, across agroup of large customers within the enterprise accounts.
* You will ensure your understanding of customer needs and their plans for technology, along with the risks, threats and opportunities associated with these, whilst positioning the company as their provider of choice for all relevant buying decisions.
* You will follow internal processes for forecasting, orders, pre-sales, updates and developing account plans, whilst updating Salesforce and the organization on what will be required to grow and retain the customer.
* You will champion your customer's perspective and position internally, whilst establishing clear contactplans to ensure there are appropriate relationships with technical, business management, influencers, and decision-makers.
Key Account Director Requirements
* Proven in similar Account Director or Senior Account Manager role in IT with enterprise sized accounts through complex large deals.
* Dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Delivering profitable, long term business opportunities through effective account planning.
* Exceptional ability to identify sale opportunities, qualify sales leads and exceed targets.
* Expert levels of researching, networking and relationship building.
* Accurateand effective pipeline management, with highly developed planning and prioritisation skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Basic salary of £80k-£90k base- OTE £160k - £180k + benefits
