With their production facility based in Pyle they make use of the latest technology, to offer their customers a wide variety of high-quality products. Their first-class reputation for providing aquality service, fast and efficiently, has spread across the globe making them the preferred supplier for many prestigious international races and events.
Currently in a major growth phase a new position has emerged for a Key Accounts Manager.
The Role
This position is internally based and will require extensive customer relationship building with race and event organisers to ensure the companies high standards and efficient services are maintained. No cold calling targets or client visits will be required.
The environment is fast paced, deadline driven and requires high attention to detail.
This role does not stop at making the sale, you will also be responsible for ensuring all internal sales functions and administration are completed accurately and efficiently.
The role is full time, Monday - Friday working 08:00AM - 05:00PM. Duties will include:
*Responsible for handling all enquiries
* Receiving and entering all new orders (apart from on-line orders) onto the print management system and ensure they are processed correctly
* Liaise with operations and the couriers to ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner and all deadlines are met
* Working with the operations manager to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
* Providing quotes for new opportunities using the print management software
* Following up on all leads / quotations, recording and monitoring success/failure
* Pro-actively manage a large database of key accounts and existing business
*Up-selling of additional products to the client base
* Planning and confirming future orders to allow maximum lead times and effective use of production / operational facilities
* Liaise on a regular basis with the Operations manager to discuss new jobs, pending work flow, opportunities to fill quiet machines etc
* Grow and manage on-line sales, assisting streamline efficiencies whilst capitalising on the growing market through on line marketing, pay per click campaign management, and actively promoting new products onto the site, etc.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have the following skills, experienceand attributes:
* A solid sales background with an emphasis on key account management
* A proven sales track record* The ability to manage the internal sales process and administration is also critical to this role
* An interest in sport, races, running, cycling etc. would be an advantage but not essential
* Able to work accurately in a high speed, deadline drivenenvironment
* Methodical and organised work style
* Solid rapport building experience and skills
* A team player
* Ability to plan ahead and create effective systems as required
