A BRAND-NEW opportunity for a Lead Generation manager to join a growing IT company.
As a Lead Generation Manager, you will beexpected to support and achieve annual sales plans of the business by providing lead generation. The focus will be on quantity and quality of leads provided. The role will also include recruiting new Lead generation roles to ensure continuous growth of theteam through coaching and development provided by yourself. You will be given the chance to work with the senior leadership team to influence development of bespoke systems.
Responsibilities of the Lead Generation Manager
* Recruit, onboard, manage,develop, motivate and retain a Business Development/Lead Generation Team who are creating leads for the Solutions and Managed Services Teams.
* Support the Sales Director to execute the annual sales plan (You will have a key part in designing this)
*Identify and proactively pursue valuable business opportunities to generate marketing qualified leads.
* Have responsibility for assessing training needs for the team and providing what is required.
* Monitor activity across sales team utilising CRM and other tools, ensuring the sales activity of the team are met.
* Have overall responsibility for delegating and managing allteam work loads
* Liaise with specialist teams to drive lead generation
Sales Account Executive Requirements
* Proven managerial experience in leading and developing a Telemarketing team
* Experience in recruitment and building teams, using established contacts in the industry to aid this process
* Self starter able to work on own initiative
* Good organisational, planning and presenting skills
* Able to deliver against demanding KPIs/targets
* Ability to create thorough training coursesand develop material
* At least 3 years experience coaching and training
