A BRAND-NEWopportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a growing people analytics business.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be working with the Marketing Director to grow the digital and social media presence. Your focus will be to develop strong B2B &B2C brand awareness and generate leads for all business lines, in line with the company's growth & marketing strategy. You will be managing projects and campaigns whilst also owning the production of high-quality marketing content tailored to each social media platform.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager
* Deliver against our social media strategy
* Increase brand awareness and increase overall engagement, following, and lead generation
* Coordinate content on all social media channels* Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
* Optimise the experience for potential leads, from paid ads towebsite conversions
* Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing landing pages and optimise user experience
* Manage the end-to-end production and delivery of Digital HR Leaders podcast
Marketing Manager Requirements
* Demonstrable experience leading, managing and optimising social media growth strategies
* Understanding of databases, email, and display advertising campaigns
* Ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns
