Your responsibilities will include:
* Building customer relationships by understanding their needs and managing their parts enquiries
* As a member ofthe parts team manage inventory through our computerised stock control system to achieve first class customer service and orderfill rates
* Picking and packing parts as well as goods inwards/outwards management and associated paperwork
* Liaising withthe service team ensuring workshop needs for parts are fulfilled
* Maintaining a secure and organised environment where safe systems and working practises are observed
* Support the team with the development and roll out of parts marketing campaigns
* Attending relevant internal and supplier training events
We are seeking
* Customer service orientated team player with good communication and IT skills
* Knowledge and experience gained in the Agri, plant automotive or similar industries
* Basic technical understanding of self propelled vehicles, tractors and machinery
* Flexible, willing to learn can do attitude
Full training will be provided inhouse with opportunities for progression as the business develops
