Description:
Responsible for assisting with planning the Production schedule to ensure on-time delivery to customers whilst balancingthe workload in the factory. Providing additional resource to support Purchasing as required.
Responsibilities
* Planningof workload in to Production taking into account required delivery dates and available capacity and material supply.
* Contact suppliers to ensure orders are delivered on time.
* Responsible for reporting queries for Operations.
* Responsible for creating Systems packs and electronic manuals
* Responsible for extracting production data.
* Administration Support to Production and Purchasing
* To produce reports for special projects to ensure the business is on track and monitor performance
* Stock accuracy.
Skills & Requirements
* Microsoft Word, Excel - basic understanding
* SAP or similar stock controlsystem
* Experience of Production scheduling

* Working Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 4.45pm
