Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, your role will be multifaceted, focusing on strengthening relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:* Client Relationship Management: Become the primary point of contact for our valued clients in the Construction, Events, and Facilities Management sectors. Understand their needs and challenges, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* New BusinessDevelopment: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through telephone and site visits. Uncover potential clients who can benefit from their expanding range of products and services.
* Industry Focus: Leverage your experience in Construction, Hire, Security, FM, or Recruitment to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Requirements:* Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, ideally within Construction, Hire, Security, FM, or Recruitment.* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ambition to grow into a management role as the business expands
