Role Description:
We're currentlyhiring for a full-time hybrid or remote Sales Account Manager role. This position entails managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service within the Retail sector.

* Quotations, proposals and contracts

* Working to tight deadlines
* Liaising with projects and install teams to ensure installation success
* Assisting at the business trade shows and networking events
Requirements:
* Prior experience in the retail IT services industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach
