BRAND NEW opportunity for a talented Sales Development Representative due to progression of SDRS within the team.
My client is a growing SaaS company that are looking to make sales fun by gamification. They are looking to add an experienced SDR or Trainee SDR to their team.

Sales Development RepresentativeResponsibilities
* Promoting and marketing the product through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients
* Scheduling demos for Account Executives
* Providing in depth information to the sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
* Meet or exceed assigned KPIs
* Contributing to improving the sales process through research & experiences
* Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in HubSpot
* Help as needed to build awareness on special projects / events
* Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
Sales Development Representative Requirements
* Clear Sales Development Representative experience or Previous Telemarketing experience
* Proven new business development & appointment making capability via cold and warm calling.
* Confidence and self-assured
* Tenacity, persistent, determined, and high strength of will
* Excellent interpersonal skills - must be easy to converse with, good empathy, listener, consultative, good communication skills.
* Ability to build rapport andstrong business relationships
* Good time management
* Ability to handle and overcome objections
* Hunter mentality
* Professional personal presentation
* Good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
* Genuine interest for working in the ICT environment and building a sales career
