Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative with experience in Cyber Security or Investigative Services sales to join a dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a long-term career in the fast-growing cybersecurity industry.

As an Outbound Sales DevelopmentRepresentative, you'll play a key role in driving business growth. Working alongside a dedicated Account Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities across the company's full services profile.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling C-level executives, developing strategic outreach campaigns, and using CRM and sales tools to manage leads. Your ability to research and identify decision-makers and nurture relationships will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound outreach to identify and qualify potential customers using phone calls, emails, social media, and other creative methods.
* Account & Persona Mapping: Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and collaborate with your assigned sales team to drive opportunities forward.
* Campaign Development: Design and execute outbound campaigns aimed at generating interest and securing meetings with key prospects.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities, managing leads and prospecting efforts in our CRM system.
*Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
* AchieveTargets: Exceed monthly and quarterly goals for generating qualified meetings and sales pipeline growth.

Skills & Experience:

* Cold Calling Expertise: A strong track record in cold calling C-level executives and building relationships with high-level decision-makers.
* Resilience & Initiative: Tenacious and self-motivated, with the ability to handle rejection and continue driving results.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and buildrapport with potential clients.
* Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities andtasks efficiently.
* Interest in Cybersecurity: A genuine interest in cybersecurity, digital forensics, or investigative services, and a passion for relationship-building.
