This proudly Welsh owned Telecoms organization provide bespoke personal services to a wide range of customers throughout Wales. Their products and services include 4G mobile Broadband, mobile phones, BT Services, CCTV products, installation and after sales support.
The company has dramatically grown in recent years through building a solid reputation and impressive word of mouth referrals. Their clients include the agricultural sector, businesses as well as people's homes.
Customer service is King for this organization, with a strong focus on providing a quality service, client retention and after sales service.The Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for the Southeast section of Wales M4 corridor, covering Bridgend through to the Severn Bridge and Northwards to the Brecon Beacons.
You will work predominantly remotely from home and visiting clients / potential clients throughout this area, with the occasional visit to Head Office as required. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
The role will combine acquisition of New Business, following up on leadsand account management. Products are sold B2B as well as direct to end users.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
* Develop positive relationships with clients
* Act as the pointof contact and handle customers' individual needs
* Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
* Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
* Face to face appointments to test broadband signal strength from various customer enquiries around South Wales
* Signing up new customers, working customer pipelines & searching for new business
* Contacting existing customers who are due an upgrade with their mobile phone
* Negotiating new packages
* Delivering and setting up new phones
* Finding new business opportunities
* Selling additional products and services* Daily administration tasks, including credit checks, contracts, creating connection templates and updating the CRM - Salesforce
Requirements
Applications are welcome from either Sales Executives with Telecom experience or highly experienced Sales Executives, with a proven Sales track record, in an alternative sector.
The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
* Solid external sales experience B2B and/or Direct
* Proven Sales Track record
* Have a true sales profile, driven and competitive
* Experienced in New Business Development
* Ability to deliver a positive customer experience
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Customer service oriented
* Team player
* Ability to build successful, long-term client relationships
* Drivers license and own vehicle essential
In Return
On offeris an excellent base salary as well as a generous unlimited commission structure. You will be required to use your own vehicle but will be paid an allowance based on actual mileage to cover any costs. A Laptop and phone will also be provided.
You will also be able to work from home once you have received initial product training.
