BRAND-NEW SalesManager role in a fast-growing technology business managing, growing and developing a team of account managers.
An award-winning global systems integrator and managed service provider is looking for a Sales Manager to managers a team of 3 Account Managers. They pride themselves on understanding their client's needs and doing everything they can to make sure they provide a service of the highest quality. Their people enable them to do this. They are the core of their business and what make the business such a great and fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
* Inherit team of 3 x Account Managers (Existing book £600k GP perannum)
* Lead from the front by delivering a personal number
* Develop and grow a sales team from the ground up
* Budgetto hire 5 x Account Managers
* Team responsible for acquiring new clients in a 'win, retain, develop' strategy
Requirements* Track record of managing or supporting a sales team
* Track record of success in an Account Director role, looking fora step into management
* Sells into end users rather than through channel
