A newand exciting for a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to join a growing SaaS business that is about understanding regional sales enablement needs and coordinating the required actions to support sales excellence and maximise opportunity win rate. Under the 'concept of one' all processes, tools and programmes should be consistent internationally, but serve the needs of each region to maximise growth.
Responsibilities of the Sales Operations & Enablement Manager
* Create coaching and training programs
* Carry out a full market research and segmentation excise
* Review the current sales tool and collateral
* Review the pricing strategy
* Review and create new reporting documentation and tools
* Work closely with the Sales Director and other business leaders
Sales Operations & Enablement Manager Requirements
* Design and led a sales enablement programme
* Deep understanding of the Sales process
* Demonstration of operational responsibilities within a sales team
