Location: York Office (3 days per week)

JobDescription:

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and enhancing client relationships. This position requires an individual with experience in sales support or renewals within the IT industry. Based in their York office, you will collaborate closely with the sales team, providing crucial assistance tooptimize sales activities and maximize customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive sales support to the sales team, including managing client inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders efficiently.
* Coordinate with vendors and distributors to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
* Assist in the renewal process byproactively reaching out to clients to discuss contract renewals and negotiate terms when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contract renewals using CRM software.
* Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, logistics, and technical support to address customer needs effectively.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to provide informed support to the sales team and clients.
* Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Requirements:

* Previous experience in a sales support, renewals, or similar role within an IT reseller is essential.
*Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.
